After your loan is approved, your rate is locked in and all loan conditions have been met, I will order your loan documents. It usually takes the lender 1–2 days to ship out the loan documents. They will arrive at the title company, either by overnight mail or by email, and your escrow officer will draw up the closing papers.
An appointment will then be set for you to meet with the escrow officer to review and sign the paperwork.
